ANOTHER FINE TIME

AT BUSTER'S PLACE!

Just can't beat those fine Buster Burgers anywhere!  That must be why our Veterans can't wait to get there every month!

And it makes it just that much nicer when some of the guys' family members come along with us!

We even had an extra treat this time ... a couple of Rolling Thunder's
members caught up with us, as well!

We had a GREAT time as usual!
Thanks BUSTER'S PLACE!!!
You're the BEST!!!

(Sorry we don't have as many pictures as we usually have to display... we're definitely going to have to do something about that "wobbly" camera ... or the "operator", one!)

CERTIFICATES OF APPRECIATION

The Tennessee State Veterans Home presented Certificates of Appreciation to their Volunteers in a nice get together at the Home on Tuesday, April 12th, and Rich Peoples, VetsNiteOut Founder and Hosts & Sponsors Coordinator received one, as well.

Many people were invited, but of course some had to work, so Rich was given the Certificates for all the VetsNiteOut Hosts to present to them.

Below, you can see the one for DUGGER'S being presented to them on Wednesday, April 13th.

The Tennessee State Veterans Home is always so appreciative of their Volunteers and always find such nice ways to show it!

Another great time at DUGGER'S!

The Veterans were so happy to be going to Dugger's Wed., April 13th!

It was a beautiful day, and they enjoyed getting out of the nursing home for awhile and having a great meal and nice, cold beer at Dugger's!

Dugger's was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation from the Tennessee State Veterans Home by one of the Veterans who comes to Dugger's frequently with VetsNiteOut.

Thank you DUGGER'S!!

WILLIE'S ALWAYS A HIT!

VNO founder, Rich Peoples, was under the weather and unable to accompany the Veterans on this trip, but we have it on good authority that they had an excellent time!

One of the Techs from the Veterans Home sent pictures via her phone, but for some reason we were unable to upload them here for you to see...sorry about that!

Spring

at last!

It was a particularly long and cold winter this year, but we still managed to get the Veterans out of the nursing home on many occasions each month (see pages for previous months) ...
And now that the weather is warming up...look out...here we come!

LADIES TEA PARTY AT CITY CAFE A BIG HIT!

The Ladies Tea Party at the City Cafe was just wonderful!
Lots of chattering and laughing and eating some great  pie and whatever else they wanted!

The Ladies all wore their Red Hats for the event, too!  They looked great in them!

Rich Peoples, VNO Founder, took along the Certificate of Appreciation from the Veterans Home, which one of the ladies presented.

Everyone had a wonderful time, thanks to the generosity and hospitality of the City Cafe - on the square in downtown Murfreesboro, TN!

HANDLEBAR CANCELLED DUE TO HEAVY STORMS!

It's that time of year... when we're subject to thunderstorms, heavy rain and tornadoes.  It's just a fact of life.

The main thing is to keep our Veterans safe ... and it's definitely not safe to take them out during storms!

So, we'll definitely be at the Handlebar nxt month...join us if you can!

The VFW Post 8422 in Smyrna, TN  is the hopping spot on Friday night for our Veterans!

Those who dance, do ...
those who can't, watch and enjoy the "show"!

The VFW always has plenty of food, cold beer and a live band ... what more could anyone wish for?

THE VFW ROCKS!

Come meet up with us some Friday night... and you'll see just exactly why the VFW is a favorite spot
for VetsNiteOut!!
